KT Constructs provides turnkey construction management services to designer projects which require a meticulous eye for detail, exceptional quality of workmanship and personal attention. Based in Schaapkraal, Cape Town, the majority of the company’s work can be found on the Atlantic seaboard, home to some of the most expensive and talked-about real estate in the city.

KT Constructs was established in 1998 by Kaashif Toefy, who comes from a long line of skilled artisans. He learnt the ropes from his father and proudly declares that construction runs through his blood. Toefy’s characteristic quest for perfection and a genuine understanding of his client’s needs has been the cornerstone of his business, allowing him to secure negotiated projects. The company is 100% Black owned and managed and employs a staff complement of 25 full-time employees. All new staff are trained in-house to ensure that they understand and adhere to KT’s rigorous quality standards and professionalism.

      

KT Constructs are members the National Home Builders Registration Council (NHBRC) and the Building Industry Bargaining Council (BIBC).
